            17   Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited is a subsidiary wholly owned by Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation. Of the ten directors in the Board of
              Directors, four are nominated by the Hong Kong side (including the Chairperson), three by the Shenzhen side, with the other three jointly nominated by both sides.
