1. Singapore’s reclamation land area as a percentage of total land area has increased from 6% to
nearly 20% over the 30 years from 1984 to 2014, and Macau's has increased from 33% to over
60%, whereas the corresponding figure for Hong Kong has increased merely from 5% to 6% over
the same period.
