Hong Kong scores high points in Labour Quality, Customs, and Connectivity, while falling being in Land/Rental Cost, Labour Cost, Land Availability as well as Government Support (Figure 13). The results are perhaps not too surprising given the lack of government investment in the trading and logistics sector.26
