PRH average waiting time likely to be over 6 years
As new completions will be inadequate to absorb each year’s additional applicants
for Public Rental Housing (PRH), we estimate that the average waiting time for
General Applicants will increase from the current 5.5 years to over 6 years in the
next three years.
